Also, XP SP2 ist ziemlich gut dockumentiert du kannst sogar die RC1 Version herunterladen. Mindestens wenn du DSL hast. hier ist auch ein .doc für Änderungen in XP SP2. Vielleicht interessanter ist dieser Artikel. Da steht Developer Tool Impact The developer must be aware of three significant points before delving into the particulars of Service Pack 2 for Windows XP. Microsoft has developed a 3-tiered approach related to support for SP2 in the Windows .NET Framework and Visual Studio products. All products from Visual Studio "Whidbey" onward will be designed to work well on XP SP2 and enable developers to take full advantage of the security enhancements, both in their own applications and for their own machines when using Visual Studio. The 2002 and 2003 versions of the .NET Framework (that is versions 1.0.3705 and 1.1.4322) and Visual Studio will be serviced as necessary to enable developers to take advantage of XP SP2 enhancements in their applications, and to address significant tool functionality degradation (if any). .NET Framework service packs that take advantage of Execution Protection will be shipped in the XP SP2 RTM timeframe. Visual Studio will be serviced on its normal servicing schedule. Tools released prior to VS .NET 2002 will not be serviced to address XP SP2. There are significant security enhancements in VS .NET 2002 and higher, and upgrading to these products will incur incremental cost for developers who will not only need to install a new toolset and service pack, but also rebuild, retest, and reship their products. Microsoft will work to ensure that these tools continue to function correctly on XP SP2, however the tools may not benefit from enhanced XP SP2 security. The .NET Framework "Whidbey" is being designed to become the security role model for products used by the developer. Tools issues will affect the developer inside the development experience. Das klingt nicht als ob eine neue Framework in SP2 mitgeliefert wird, nur SPs um die bestehenden Versionen anzupassen. Sonst finde ich eigentlich nichts über .Net unter dem ganzen Kram...
