Danke, daß Du so nachsichtig bist.

Ich möchte aber darauf hinweisen, daß bei Dir ein Kategorienfehler vorliegt.

Unternehmen/Organisationen sind ökonomisch-politisch-soziale Systeme,
die sich der kategorialen Erfassung durch eine "mathematisch-logisch
angefärbte Struktursicht" verschließen.

Ökonomisch positionieren sich Unternehmen am Markt (Kunden-, Wettbewerbs-
orientierung).
Politisch geht es darum, Rentabilität und Kosteneffizienz an allen Stellen
als übergeordnetes Leitziel zu verankern und durchzusetzen.
Und in sozialer Hinsicht gilt es, zu verhindern, daß die daraus für die
Mitarbeiter unweigerlich resultierenden Zwänge deren Output quantitativ
oder qualitativ beeinträchtigen.

Die Struktur eines Unternehmens ist nicht logisch aufgebaut, sondern sie
dient der Bewältigung/Kanalisierung der vielfältigen Interessenskonflikte.
Aus diesem Blickwinkel solltest Du analysieren/abstrahieren.
