Nein, das ist eine politische Frage.
Im Vergleich mit dem Aufwand, der zB für flächendeckende Vorratsdatenspeicherung und Konsorten ausgegeben wird, wäre die Einführung einer flächendeckend sicheren Kommunikation doch wohl eher Peanuts.
Zumal ein rasender Absatz der neuen Technologie garantiert wäre - also das würde sich doch das Gros aller PC-Besitzer gerne was kosten lassen, da braucht nichtmal die Werbetrommel für gerührt zu werden.

Und deine Haltung, ein graduelles Mehr an Sicherheit mit "was bringts tatsächlich" abzutun, sollteste imo nochmal überprüfen, grade als Datenschutzbeauftragter.
Sicherheit ist doch immer nur graduell.

Imo brächte es enorm was: ganz praktisch einen besseren Datenschutz, aber auch politisch ein Schritt weg vom Totalitarismus.
